Of course that doesn’t mean we’re going to go get you that double latte every morning, bring you breakfast in bed or pick up your dry cleaning. It simply means that we’re here to help our customers in any way we can from the time you start shopping at AFA Stores to the time we deliver your order (and maybe a little after, too).

We can promise you that when you’re in the process of purchasing from our site, we have the best customer service representatives available if you have any questions throughout the buying and checkout process. All of our representatives have been furniture designers in the past or have worked in the industry for years. For every call they take or email they answer, they apply a wealth of knowledge to answering your questions and solving your problems. See? No shady stuff here.

After we receive your order, we process it and ship it out as soon as possible. AFA Stores uses the fastest and most reliable method available based on the dimensions and weights of the items you order. Your order may be shipped FedEx or UPS, or for items over 150 lbs., you may opt for white glove delivery.

Here, you’ll find a brief overview of what we can actually offer you in terms of purchases, returns and shipping.

  • We offer a 30-day return policy on our merchandise. If you’re not satisfied with your order, we want you to send it back. And, we’ve made it very easy to do so. We have a pretty thorough returns policy if you want more details.
  • Please note that shipping and handling cannot be reimbursed, and return shipping and restocking fees may be added to the cost of your order. If your order came with free shipping, our actual shipping rates will be applied to the return.
  • If you somehow receive the wrong item, those trolls must’ve gotten into our warehouse again. You’ll be able to return your order at no cost to you.
